Had a specific question around our situation for immigration. However only option was to do a full 3 hours worth of review and assessment of our case. They wouldn’t even hop on a call for a 30 min consultation to see if their services would be right fit for us. We took the chance due to reviews and did not feel the almost 5 hours they charged for our case review was worth it and did not give us any new insights nor answer our specific question leaving us disappointed with the whole experience.
