I would recommend all buyers to stay away from Notar viewings in the future. We had one condition for bidding on an apartment and asked the broker about this repeatedly - in writing and verbally. The broker gave us incorrect information time and time again and tricked us into a binding agreement. Neither the broker nor the Notar centrally wanted to take any responsibility for the situation, in the form of letting us withdraw from the agreement or offering compensation. They have now had many chances, which is why I am posting a comment here (something I never usually do). If you place a bid on an apartment where the Notar has brokerage responsibility, you should also enter a reservation that the broker has not given you incorrect information about significant circumstances in advance of the bid. For our part, the consequence was that we lost two weekends of viewings and bidding rounds on objects we would rather buy when the broker claimed that the right of first refusal had been clarified. It wasn't - and instead of clarification the next day we were bound to the agreement (without the possibility of bidding on other apartments) for two weeks. Extra minus for arrogant feedback and zero willingness to sort things out afterwards. UPDATE 19.1.2023: After I finally took the matter to CEO Erik Pettersen, an offer of compensation came which we have accepted and we now consider ourselves finished with this matter.

Very nice and professional people. Gave the impression of good, knowledgeable brokers, and the conditions were neat and good. I sold the apartment over Christmas and New Year, and moved out of town before the viewing. This was also the first time I sold a property, and I experienced the whole process as neat, clear and not very stressful even though I was not physically present. Broker Mai Valentina Dinh was very helpful and positive even though almost everything had to be done over the phone. I felt that the broker worked hard and went out of his way to make sure everything went as well as possible. Very satisfied, recommended.

Broker Ann Kristin Gundersen canceled the appointment a few hours in advance. When you plan the logistics by taking time off during a hectic everyday life, I find this to be downright unprofessional.
