Commitment period and contract extension are more important than customer service. If you cancel, they threaten to collect the traps before the paid contract period has expired. Find another company.

Housing associations are tricking you into signing contracts with 2+ year commitments. Stay away!

Called the emergency hotline on Sunday and was told that I would receive a text message with my phone number on Monday between 8 and 9 to call and arrange a time for an inspection. As I am a tenant, I needed an on-site assessment to be able to inform the landlord of the scope of the inspection before I agreed to anything concrete. I did not go to the office that Monday but worked from home if the inspection would be arranged that morning. Time passed and at 9.45 I received a message: "I see that you need help with .... I can help you with this tomorrow if it is still necessary. Price is 3750 incl. VAT." I do not know if I was presented with a great offer here, but I do not really care, because this was not what was agreed. How can you also give a price for something that you have not assessed in advance? If Pelias does not want to offer a free inspection because they are afraid that they will not get the job anyway, they can just charge. That would have been easier to deal with. The rest is just a waste of my time. Nonsense!
