Hopeless and untrained professional plumbers. The plumber spent 1 hour “trying to fix” a problem with my toilet. He had to google (without success) for many minutes how to take apart/demonter the part. In the end he could not manage it and then tried to fix the problem through a small opening. Sent a bill for 5000 kr. He fixed it temporarily and 1 month later it happened again and he/they refused to take accountability. Called another plumber, who spent 5 minutes to take everything apart and fixed it (2 months and no issues)!
I had a leak in the bathroom at night. The central plumber was quick on the matter and worked all night to solve the problem. Especially good service from Mergil. Recommended.
