We are incredibly satisfied with the collaboration, and have had the best follow-up from start to finish with real estate agent Anniken Johnsen. I have used Anniken in previous home sales and I recommend her to everyone I know. She is incredibly skilled, and has given good advice and recommendations throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!
The best follow-up, professional and tidy. Completely painless to sell with such skilled brokers. We received very good advice on the way to a sale. Highly recommended. Thank you very much Jan Fredrik and Trond.
We were on a viewing of another apartment and got a very good impression of broker Charlotte Schjeldsøe from Sem & Johnsen. We then contacted her for help with the sale of our own home and are very happy with the follow-up, sales process and sale! She was always available with quick answers and quick follow-up, and we felt that we were in safe hands. She was a good support in various choices and assessments we had to make along the way. Highly recommended!
Aleksander Grønn from S&J assisted us with the sale of a townhouse just outside Oslo. He was experienced as a calm and professional guy, nothing to complain about in the process.
Poor service overall. The brokers missed key details in the documents, making the process longer, less transparent, and more expensive than necessary.
