Recently bought a home for 16.3 million through this brokerage office. The experience during the bidding round and takeover was okay, but it is afterwards, when it really matters, that you see the difference between good and less good brokerage service. Upon takeover and in the time afterwards, I discovered several deviations from what was described in the prospectus. I therefore contacted the broker in the hope of finding a solution at the lowest possible level and in a good dialogue. The answer I got was that the broker's job was exclusively until takeover, and that I as a buyer must deal with the home buyer's insurance. Formally, this is probably correct. But it is disappointing that as a buyer in such a large purchase, you do not experience that the broker is neutral or shows any responsibility for contributing to a constructive solution. When deviations first arise, professional actors should take responsibility and contribute to dialogue, not just show that "the job is done". Overall, an unfortunate experience that gives the impression that the interests of the buyer are not emphasized at all. When purchasing in this price range, one expects more professionalism and a willingness to follow up even after the papers have been signed.

Fikk aldri svar og plutselig stod den som solgt. Dette er en meglerfirma som ihvertfall ikke jobber for selgeren.
This is the second time I have hired Vemund Thorkildsen for apartment sales, and now, as before, I am extremely satisfied. Prior to the sales process, details were presented in a way that is understandable to "lay people", and the follow-up that was promised - given my thousands of questions and concerns - I could trust all the way. The sales process was run in a creative way, and ensured a very good sale! I feel very well taken care of in everything that such a process entails, and Nordvik Frogner v/Thorkildsen has my best recommendations.
