Used Schala & Partners in connection with the sale of our apartment on Ola Narr. Very happy with it. We used the broker that two of our neighbors used - Alexander Lerberg was his name, and as one of them said "he fought and fought like a terrier" 😂 (he was a little over 70, hehe) Alex has been an incredibly good broker for us, always on time, and knows the area very well. I can highly recommend him and the brokerage he works for. I have had a bit of a bad experience with Aktiv, in previous sales, maybe they are a bit too big or something, we simply did not feel prioritized.
