Very good
I had a great experience with the technician who renewed my old equipments. he was expert and respectful
The installer was very friendly, fast, and professional.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service....I ordered the alarm together with the installation of Yale Doorman.....They put in place both. After a couple of years the Yale Doorman electronics begin to malfunction so badly that on several occasions I was either locked in or out.....I called them for support and they insisted that there was no proof of installation. I showed them the suspicious paperwork with the salesman's first name and mobile number which showed scribbling of prices and circles on the products I ordered. They could not confirm if that was their employee and refused to support me with the Doorman! I cancelled the service and would never recommend them! When cancelling, they then again invoiced me for the items installed, so dealing with that now! So payment upon installation, bad service in-between, and payment upon decommissioning. There's a reason why there are almost 300 bad reviews for this company here! Very shady!
The absolute worst - recommend everybody to stay away and choose one of the competitors which mostly get you better service at a lower price. They choose to ignore emails but a bad review (especially on Truspilot) gets a quick comment asking to contact costumer service - the message there gets ignored again.
