Special "service"?! Yes, especially bad service. Steer clear!! These people only rip you off for money, without any service. Delivered a microwave to see if it could be repaired and how much it would cost. Didn't get a price or notice that it would cost anything to investigate this. Waited for several weeks, and after many reminders by email and phone, we were told that it could be repaired at a much too high price and it would take a long time. So we said no. Then we heard nothing more, but after a few more weeks a debt collection notice for 1000,- comes even though we haven't received any invoice before. Can't stand arguing with them, and that's probably what they're speculating about. Steer clear!

Our Bauknecht condenser dryer has so far worked as it should after the warranty repair. (It stopped (with a beep-beep sound warning) up to several times in the drying program (not always) with a message that the water tank was full and needed to be emptied, but it was more or less empty). Instructions from customer service on how to reset the electronics worked for 3-4 dryings, but then the problem returned. Thanks for the nice follow-up and a nice chat!
The spare parts warehouse allows the repair to be completed today, instead of waiting 1-2 weeks for parts to appear in many cases. Willingness to provide some guidance meant I completed the repair myself without any problems.
