Total renovation of bathroom. The result is very good. But the process of this and the subsequent work has not been up to expectations. The work took longer than they predicted. OK Bad believes it is due to illness. Then I think they should put someone in to take over the work, but it was not done. When signing the contract, I pointed out that the work should be recorded in boligmappa.no. This was only done after almost a year of reminders (and a rating here with 1 star) When communicating with the company, be careful and communicate with Oddmund who is a nice guy. Other employees can be difficult to communicate with. 2 times it has been necessary to fix it because the toilet flush does not work. This was fixed very quickly and hopefully it works as it should now.
OK Bad had a full rehabilitation and partial reconstruction of our old bathroom/laundry room and toilet from 1967 (originally 3 rooms). The number of stars reflects the reliability and professionalism received from the professionals who came by and did their part. Something to note; Due to the age of the house and varying quality, we ended up having to make an alternative toilet for a period of time using a portable "cabin toilet". This was unexpected and could probably have been avoided, but at the same time affected progress overall. The price I received was on the expensive side, but at the same time reflected both quality and punctuality. They were also the only company that provided 3D drawings and drawings on site in addition to a proposed progress schedule. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work and can recommend it to other customers.
Here you have a team that really delivers. Oddmund and his team were responsible for the complete renovation of our bathroom, with craftsmen from all disciplines. We were able to inspect and design the bathroom the way we wanted, and chose top-shelf products from Mæland Rør and tiles from Flisekompaniet. The result was a gorgeous bathroom with impressive craftsmanship at a fair price. There were some delays beyond their control, but they showed great flexibility and willingness to solve problems, and showed up at short notice as soon as the materials were in place. Would definitely use OK Bad again.
