Very dissatisfied with the delivery of the bathroom renovation. Delayed by several months for a project that was set for 5-6 weeks, and lack of humility when the schedule was so much out of whack. Got an apology and symbolic compensation in the end, but it was not in line with the lousy administration work that was done. The bathroom turned out nice in the end, but it cost us dearly in terms of frustration and energy loss. It seems like they take on too many jobs that they really don't have the capacity for, and I would unfortunately advise against Osv. Sivertsen if you can.

Excellent service. Very helpful staff that have good insight in to the products they sell and can provide advice for servicing of products. They also have a large selection of spare parts. Highly recommend this business.
