Unable to contact the company. First called several times, answers me sporadically by email.

Received an sms with apparently a debt I owe them. Blocked and reported spam number! Random digit dialing?

They send bills in their own system and the customer must log in to see them. Kredinor never sends bills to other places such as your email, SMS, mailbox, never calls (my experience). Then you really didn't know that you had any bills that were unpaid. Kredinor waits for collection costs to double and then they send reminders via SMS (suddenly they can send reminders!). They don't send any reminders that a case has been started, but they send reminders when the costs are clearly greater. This is a clear picture of bureaucratic crime that is legal in Norway.

I have a claim. No.. Send two days before and remind them to turn off the electricity.. That I don't know enough about it. And they send such a sweet greeting at the end. Ice-cold Neoliberalism. Think how many suffer No.. I say, shame on you.
