In 2019, Devo carried out a major interior design job in our basement where they decorated an unfurnished basement into a great granny flat + extra laundry/bathroom and a pantry. Jarle gave good input to the project in the pre-bid period and Devo was awarded the job based on a comprehensive assessment of the quality of the offer and price. The job was extensive and involved coordinating various subcontractors. During the construction period, we also made some changes and adjustments that Devo took on headlong. We are particularly pleased with the good communication along the way, efficient quality work with quality materials, active use of apprentices, tidiness, delivery as agreed and a reasonable price. This meant that we naturally went directly to Devo again when we were about to start a new project. This time we are changing the layout of the main floor - from a galley kitchen to a larger kitchen-family room. When it suddenly became a bit too much for the honby carpenters, Devo came around and contributed with good advice and input for a solution. They are going to replace the windows and patio door in addition to having already installed a large steel beam - beautiful work, as agreed! Highly recommended!

We renovated a floor in the house that contains the kitchen and living room, and Devo did everything except the kitchen and floors. We could not be more satisfied, both with the work done but also the project management and communication between us and Devo. Everything has gone smoothly, all at the agreed price and time. And fantastic quality and craftsmanship. We have always been kept in the loop on what is happening and good help in making good choices. We can highly recommend Devo, and will never choose anyone else.

I am very pleased with the work done by DEVO on my house in Gamle Stavanger, which is located in the conservation zone. They carried out major improvements to the exterior, and everything was done with great respect for the historical value of the building. I was recommended by a friend, and it was truly a good decision! The cooperation with the city antiquarian was absolutely excellent, and DEVO showed great professionalism in ensuring that everything was done according to these special requirements. Also very happy that this company uses Norwegian labor, the people who were with me were always kind and pleasant, and the workplace was tidy and organized at all times, which made the whole process very easy for me as a customer and something the neighbors also appreciated, as the houses here in the conservation zone are very close together😊 I felt confident that the job was done properly, and they were incredibly helpful when I applied for funds from the cultural heritage fund. I can truly recommend DEVO to anyone who needs reliable and professional help with construction projects.

This is a company that does not build according to the regulations. 47 doors are not installed correctly and do not meet the fire and sound requirements, after much if and but they have almost managed to get the door in order with me. Installation instructions were not followed when the door was installed. Sealing around the pipe for the outdoor lamp is leaking. Plastic foil around the windows has been removed. See pictures
