Let Ausrine take all the options on the new apartment I bought. I was extremely hectic at work at the time, and I had neither the time nor the skills to arrange a nice total package. She took care of all communication with all subcontractors, and I arrived at the "set table" in the new apartment. We had an interview beforehand where she found out what colors and styles I liked and based on that she was able to choose tiles, kitchen, color of walls (and ceiling) and curtains. I was so happy with the apartment that I asked her to furnish it with furniture as well. I was particularly impressed with some furniture she had made to measure for me by a supplier she knew. I now have an apartment that is "me" through and through, but it is done in a very elegant way with a clear common thread throughout. It was done according to budget, and I was very involved in the price range we settled on. All in all, it won't be that expensive in the long run, even though I gave guidance on a slightly higher price range than I had thought (I got a little excited 😁😊), but I won't be replacing any major furniture for the first 20 years, so the price will be more affordable over time than if I were to do it myself. If I had done this myself, it would have been "trial and error", and believe me; IT is expensive. Keep it simple (it's also often the smartest thing) and let a professional take care of the interior. Instead, give guidance on style, colors and budget.
