Norsk Klimasenter

My heating unit (NIBE + heat pump) is just 4 years old and installed by them. I have had a couple of issues during 4 years but it was fixed. However, it stopped working 2 months ago. I called them to fix it. They sent a person after a week. He looked at the system and said he cannot fix it and another person would come to detect the problem. I waited for a few days, nobody showed up. I called them and emailed them, No response. I was advised by NIBE to call another company to fix it. It turned out that my unit has had circulation/capacity issue from start and needs to be upgraded.

We ordered a heat pump from Klimasenter and service was extremely fast and efficient. Within a few days, we had a working heat pump installed. Both the sales person and technician were very professional and knew what they were talking about/doing. We are very pleased with our experience so far. We have had service done on our heat pump by Norsk Klimasenter in our previous home as well. Highly recommended!

We received two new heat pumps. We had professional help and advice about the best options for us and also everything was carried out in a very efficient and timely manner. The only complaint we had was the electrician that was recommended by the company (Osloelektrikere). For the latter, they were unprofessional, difficult to communicate, and still have not fixed the problem after complaining to them about it. So for sure, do not recommend using them for installing the new electrical line for the heat pumps.
