Seems frivolous Had arranged for them to come for an inspection this week. When we call on Wednesday they can't find any notes on it. And when we tell them a little bit about what needs to be done the second time, they seem uninterested and would rather give a price estimate over the phone instead of coming and seeing what actually needs to be done. The whole thing seemed arrogant and frivolous
