Vi brukte dette firma i forbindelse med boligkjøp hvor det i ettertid ble gjort funn av skadedyr. Sitter med et dårlig inntrykk av firmaet da de ikke virker til å kommunisere internt, bruker veldig lang tid på å svare på mail. Dårlig rapport. Ønsker ikke å dokumentere skriftlig det de forteller/garanterer på telefon. Kjekke teknikkere men forutenom det ville jeg heller brukt et annet firma.
De markedsfører 100% effektiv løsning, men sier etter utført behandling at de ikke kan garantere for at løsningen er 100% effektiv etter utført og fakturert arbeid. Virker lite samarbeidsvillige og kundeorientert.
I experienced very poor service, combined with a lack of knowledge about customer service. In addition, I received a copy of an email where I was referred to in a very unpleasant/derogatory manner because of my origin. This is completely unacceptable!
They were fast to make u sign contract just to vanish like a ghost.. and it seems they dont know anything about anything..
After inspection and setting up glue traps at work, they were supposed to come back in about 3 weeks to collect them. We have reminded them and reminded them and now after 6-7 months they still haven't been here. We have paid several 1000 kr for this. (In other words..paid for them not to do shit.) The last time they promised us dearly that they would come was Friday 2 weeks ago. A really crappy company, that shouldn't be allowed to practice!!!!
