Nice person who came by on assignment, but lousy follow-up afterwards. Asked several times for an offer after the inspection without a response. Asked again to the district manager. Was supposed to check up, but didn't hear anything there either. Good thing there are other options.
Received invoice after completion of assignment with no description of job. Serviceman who came by refuses to send revised invoice with correct description of what I am actually paying for. Serviceman has also chosen to add extra hours than the job required. The markups they charge here are completely off target. Note that they also invoice 2 hours at a time and take the number of hours that suits them best. Generally poor customer service at the end of the assignment.
