Very happy with these. We caught 2 rats in traps that they placed outside. After a while, there was a terrible smell in the house, so I called again and they brought a rat dog, it's one of the coolest things I've ever seen, it smelled its way to where the dead rat was. I also got a lot of good advice that I'll take with me to avoid getting rats again.
