Thank you to Didrik Landa Pollestad, for good information and a good plan to eradicate all the mice that were ravaging my home! And thank you for the good follow-up! The service was top notch the whole time. It was clear that he had good experience with this type of work. The house was free of mice within the time he had estimated. It felt safe and inspires confidence. But when I was presented with the prices, I wished I only had to sign one agreement at a time. It costs a lot to get the job done and it was overwhelming to have to sign another agreement, which was valid for next year. It could have been saved for next year. Removing the mice and putting out bait stations was a job and had its price. Then I wanted to seal all entrances where the mice could enter, it was another job and had its price. But the agreement about the follow-up for next year, could have been saved, for next year. Otherwise, I am very satisfied. I would gladly recommend Thylo to others who might need this type of help.

Fantastically nice and accommodating professional, he had good knowledge in his field, took his time to investigate and find out where and how to combat the ants. He explained clearly and understandably what we should do to keep the ants away. Also had a good agreement on an annual inspection and will be available if new ants appear again.
