The host was communicative and polite, always ready to help. Location, right next to the water, very conveniently central. Bus stop from/to the airport right outside the property. Brilliant. The apartment was very clean, warm (floor heating in the bathroom was absolutely amazing), TV, fridge freezer, fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and washing tablets (!), tea towels, bath towels, and... I could use the laundry room with tumble dryers, two washing machines, washing powders at no extra costs... amazing for a longer stay. In the studio flat (bedroom was separate to the living room, with a single bed, reading lamps and a tiny shelf for your mobile phone/jewellery for example), there was a bowl of fruit on the dining table welcoming me. I've never seen the host caring so much as Benedicte did. The stay was comfortable and pleasant. Great care from the host and a very kind goodbye. I recommend this place.

This property is professionally managed -- it is exactly what most airbnb owners should learn the basics from it. The owner and manager is very kind and informative about the area. lt is clean and centrally located, close to almost everything including a public parking, a small super market, many restaurants and attractions. Definitely recommend it.
