I interacted with Mats Ualand Eik on a property and he was extremely attentive and very prompt. I contacted him for sale of my house and his turn around time was very quick and always had diligent responses. He is very flexible and always tries to find a solution to problems. I sold my house fully relying on him for pictures, visnings, etc. as I was physically not in Norway at the time of sale. Great service and highly recommended. Thank you Mats!

I'll write in English so most people can understand. Used them for both purchase and selling. But now I really want to adress the selling part made by Joakim Christensen. Its not for me to say he can do this for everyone but for me he was very flexible, always met me half way and spent evenings and weekends on the job (even when I asked him to ensure he got his time off as I know they work very much). He had intimate knowledge of the area I sold in (Tjensvoll) and had been selling those apartments for years (and I also bought from him in the past). He attains knowledge about the prospect, so when you ask him questions he actually knows the answers, he knows what's done and not done and he knows the market and ideal price range (of course realtors should know but sometimes they just say "yes" to the seller's preferred price when it's waaay unrealistic, but this guy simply just used market info and experience from the area and knew exactly where to put us). He also facilitated several private open houses because he called to people he knew would love it, before even making an ad online) and ensured we got waaaaaaay over estimation even before the official open house. 5/5 would recommend.

Very poor service, no ability to read the market (my flat had to undergo a series of five repricing following their assessment), very slow response time, no marketing strategy, basically what they do is the paperwork and open the door. The worst commercial experience of my life.
