The broker was good - but stay away from plus services. Incredibly annoying to stand there at the takeover after you have paid a lot for cleaning when they haven't even bothered to clean the floors! Wouldn't have even bothered to pay for a terrace or a storeroom! So the broker has to push through the takeover - crap and unworthy of a serious player. Plus services at this office are a fraud!
