Was recommended Privatmegleren Galleri, real estate agent Bjørn Tore Vigdel by several satisfied customers. Had different experiences with real estate agents; without exaggeration, Vigdel is "the best in town!" Delivered from A-Z, organized, was always available, delivered as expected, no question or challenge was too difficult/big. Guided me through the process of a sale, never experienced anything like it and would have gladly taken my previous brokers and said: "This is how it should be done!". Never had a similar worry-free experience, honest, trustworthy, an incredibly pleasant person and professional to the point of being. Felt taken care of, unique, important, trusted that everything was taken care of. "No one above, no one next to", recommend him to everyone, don't waste time looking for potential players/brokers, if I sell again, Bjørn Tore Vigdel is the 1st choice. Without a doubt. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Erlend delivered a very good package from start to finish. From being skeptical that the sales price was set too high, but by showing expertise about the market and focus on the small details, he delivered beyond expectations. We are incredibly grateful for the fantastic job Erlend Haglund did in connection with the sale of our home in Eiganes! From the very beginning, Erlend took ownership of the process and gave us a sense of security that was invaluable. He met us with integrity, professionalism and followed us closely throughout the sale. We felt seen, heard and well taken care of – all the way. Erlend is very knowledgeable and has a positive and pleasant appearance that is contagious. He took all the viewings himself, which provided a personal and consistent experience for the interested parties. The communication was clear, fast and always accommodating – both with us as sellers and with potential buyers. We were also impressed by the presentation of the home – with great photos and well-thought-out material. The little extras, such as information posters at the viewing, show how much Erlend puts into his work and how important it is to him that both the seller and the buyer have a good experience. We are left with the feeling that we have had a broker who truly cares, and recommend Erlend Haglund to anyone who wants a safe, professional and personal sales process.

I was interested in a home that Erlend Haglund was the broker for, and made several offers over a period of time. As the only interested party in the process, I also tried to provide feedback on how I experienced the communication and market assessment. It was met with a very unprofessional and condescending tone, both in language and attitude. As a buyer, I felt belittled, reprimanded and disrespected – despite the fact that I acted objectively and genuinely interested throughout. Being met in this way when trying to enter into a large and important transaction was unpleasant and surprising. It gave me zero confidence in buying anything through Erlend Haglund, and I definitely would NOT feel confident selling through him either. FYI: After this review, the broker chose to contact me directly with a message that I find very unprofessional and unpleasant. Being accused of “screaming” because he did not “threaten” the seller is an absurd claim – and unfortunately shows exactly the arrogant tone I experienced throughout the process. I stand completely confident in my review. And in response to Erlend's answer below: For the record: My review is not about my bid being rejected, nor is it about you not "pressuring the seller on price". It is solely about how I experienced your communication as a real estate agent - especially the tone of your responses, which I found to be unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. I have never asked you to pressure the seller or suggested that you should do so. However, I have tried to give honest feedback on how the process was experienced for me. It is entirely possible to disagree with such feedback without responding with accusations or derogatory comments.
