Great service, nice and smart people! They repaired an old cheese bell for me, and I shouldn't have even paid for it.

Fantastic service and nice prices. High level of knowledge among the employees and the manager always has time to chat a bit.

Useless customer service. Spent over 3 months getting some sliding doors installed and designed. Agreed with the seller when he would come but had to call to check 3 times because he had forgotten. When we first got the design and ordered, we were given a set date but heard nothing and called 2 weeks after that date. No one showed anything so it was another 2 weeks before they came and installed. The installation was straightforward enough but the first thing we had to do after they were finished was wash all the doors as they were dirty and there were draft marks all over the glass. Even marker marks on the doors that had not been washed off. Had to use white spirit to get it off. I advise anyone who is thinking of using Farstad glass not to use anything from them.
