I have a very bad experience with this company. They do not respond to inquiries, requests and they do not come when they are supposed to. They also do not give notice that they are not coming. So find other companies, if possible.

Incredibly bad service.👎 Not responding to messages and a lot of delay. Ordered glass for my balcony in February and they won't finish installing it until the end of May, took a huge amount of time. They don't take into account customer feedback and life situation. Didn't feel like the customer was a priority for them. Not satisfied at all. Giving them 0 out of 10 points.

Inability to communicate with small customers. It's okay if things are delayed, and all it takes is a little message. I doubt that you claim, three weeks after the appointment, that you were "just going to contact me" when I contact you. And, how do you get "June/July" to be a typo for "August/September"? Anyone can make a mistake on estimates, but to claim such a thing is a typo... The installation, once you arrived, was efficient and good. The result was also good.

Ok selection and prices. Service in store clearly shows that employees are used to it, and most comfortable with bidding and processing larger assignments. Once you get in touch, the service is quite decent. Miss someone who "sees you" and welcomes you.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good experience with Farstad in Forus (wardrobe department). The reason for this is that I have driven and personally ordered a rod (a small tube for the closet where you can hang clothes) this was supposed to be ready the next day, and I was supposed to be told the price the same day. I have not been told how much it would cost, no one contacted me until the next day either. I called after two days and they didn't know anything about my order. So I think this was too stupid.
