Reparerte sprukne glass i blyinnfattet vindu & satte inn isolerglass på innside . Alt etter avtale, og med meget pent resultat.

Terrible service they try to steal your money for work they couldn't do. I emailed them about a free inspection of a broken window. Their employee came in looked at the window and said he couldn't do anything since the frame and hinges are broken and that he only works with glass. Here's what he said and wrote to me "Hey it's the hinges that are broken. This is a side-hinged sound window, to get this fixed you have to contact Gilje Window Factory to get a service man and parts." then he turned around and left he was in the house for about 10 minutes. A week and a half later they emailed me and an invoice for 937.50 kr for work done. When I contacted Finns Glass As again and they informed me that their employee himself said he couldn't fix the window since he only works with glass and that he recommended I contact Gjilje to fix this and they sent me the text he sent me. I have also informed them that the window was not fixed by him and that it is still blowing from it just like before. Something he himself confirmed in writing. They did not agree with that and want me to pay for the service anyway since he drove there (Free Inspection). My mother was at home at the time and speaks bad Norwegian. That is why I think they wanted to trick her to get paid. This is discrimination against us. I will take the case to the consumer protection and then to a lawyer. !Slava Ukraini!

Managed to break a 2 meter high mirror in a frame, and wondered how on earth we were going to get this fixed, and not least, transported. Contacted Finn’s Glass, who in addition to a very competitive price, also came and picked up the mirror, and delivered it after repair. And all in just 2 days. Highly recommended!
