They were at my house to fix the dishwasher. The screen they replaced was flashing and flashing off and on. It's been almost 2 months since they were at my house. And they still haven't come back to fix the problem.

I contacted them by email for help repairing a sidebyside GE refrigerator. They ordered the necessary part and we arranged a time for the repair at home. The part arrived on time and the repair was completed on time. Very satisfied.

Kom raskt og fikset vår oppvaskmaskin. Teknikeren hadde meget utstrakt kunnskap og gjorde alt på null og niks mens han forklarte om alle deler og hva man måtte gjøre for å forebygge problemer i fremtiden.

Took over 3 months to fix a dishwasher. Never got any updates along the way, and twice they had to have confirmation from me about something, but no one had notified me, so several weeks were wasted until I called and reminded them. Apparently they had also ordered the wrong parts, which was part of the reason for the extra wait. Never offered any price reduction, and there was no understanding that 3 months is a bit too long to wait for one machine. Hopeless scheme, recommended to find someone else.
