We have Knuthaug as a subcontractor in connection with the construction of a new home that we moved into in October 2025. They made many mistakes, including delivering the wrong goods, not grouting in some places, connecting the cold and hot water incorrectly, and missing shower equipment. Some of the mistakes were corrected quite quickly, while others were corrected in a hurry. This led to poor results - especially the grouting, which became uneven and unsightly. Several mistakes have still not been corrected, even after 7 months since moving in. When we called them, they promised that they would come either the next day or towards the end of the week. Now we call them daily without getting an answer. We just want the job done. They come across as very unserious and unprofessional. Not recommended.
Very good service. Plumber from Knutshaug showed up at short notice and made sure we had water in the kitchen again before Easter started. Felt pleasant and professional, with a reasonable price. Nothing to complain about the workmanship or the process in general. Recommended.
Had a pleasant inspection by a plumber, and looked positively at a possible future collaboration. Was told that we would receive a floor plan and a 'demo' with alternatives for the bathroom. However, that's where it ended, as we didn't hear anything for several weeks. Then contacted and asked, to which the answer was that they didn't have time anyway. Had hoped for better and more serious communication than this.
Nice and efficient! Gave good advice too. Deducting a star for the delay, but there were a lot of people with frozen pipes that day :) Would happily use him again.
