Only one phone number. There is no help for private individuals, only a message to find a dealer. Contacting the dealer gives a standardized response "your inquiry has been forwarded". And meanwhile the port is stuck and nothing comes out or in. Got a response to the review, with a message to send an email. Without any email address being provided, neither in the response nor on the website. But a phone call to the dealer eventually yielded results, and the port was fixed. So deduct for the lousy usefulness of the website, but plus to dealer Ligård who reacted quickly when verbal contact was established.
