Bygg Design 🌟 together with their subcontractors are sorting things out. Good guys who know their craft.
Very skilled and pleasant professionals who gave me the bedroom of my dreams. Good suggestions for design solutions and close follow-up when clarifications were needed during the project. Highly recommended!
We chose Bygg Design Trondheim AS to do the job, when we were replacing 8 windows plus a veranda door. From the first inspection, and throughout the entire process, we have had good dialogue (the few times it has been necessary) with both the carpenters and the project manager. The work went faster and smoother than expected, they showed up at the agreed time, were easy to deal with, and they cleaned up properly after themselves. We are very satisfied with both the process and the result, and we would gladly choose Bygg Design again if we need work done.
I had long wanted a glass wall with a sliding door to separate the living room from part of the living room, which was originally a bedroom. I contacted Bygg Design who responded to my inquiry with enthusiasm, positive input and creativity. Together we came up with a solution that I am incredibly happy with today. I have never spent 100,000 on something that I am so happy with, as that glass wall😄and I have spent a lot on renovations over the years. Nice, skilled and creative people that I highly recommend! "The most stylish thing I have ever seen", "Raw stylish", "Dirty delicious" and "wow!" - words from friends and family when they see the wall for the first time.
We are now in week 31 of a construction project that was supposed to take 4-5 weeks, and it has all been the construction company nightmare that we tried so hard to avoid. The process and attendance have been reminiscent of a volunteer job without food and drink, and we have had a bunch of professionals who have sporadically shown up, completely independent of what agreements have been made, and in addition to all the TG-2 errors that the appraiser uncovered, have damaged furniture and fixtures. Much of this can be traced back to the construction manager who has treated the project as a problem that might disappear if you ignore it long enough, where you end up with a team that is unable to work together. We have been served up lie after lie by the construction manager, both to cover up his own lack of technical expertise, but also because the manager is unable to get his employees to show up when they are supposed to, or do their job. Sporadic attendance turned into no attendance, and after even the general manager tricked us into thinking they would fix everything before the summer, there has been a complete standstill, and the only way we have been contacted has been through a negative review on Facebook. Once again, a lot was promised there, but we still haven't heard anything, and since then competent construction companies have completed entire bathrooms. Here, you just have to steer clear, regardless of the scope of the project.
