Good gym. Medium size, and usually pretty packed, but it’s livable. Often hard to find a parking spot. Otherwise clean, tidy and fairly modern. Nice squash tracks too!
Nice for a training centre. Renovated shower facilities as a bonus. Free weight section is a bit small. Squash courts could use an upgrade, but fully functional. Lots of treadmills! My "Goto" when it is not crowded the first months each year!
Been going here two years. It's a chill crew working the ship. Nice and clean place too. Biggest downside is that if you want to work on your deadlift it's not really the gym to do it. There's one station and it's always occupied if you go outside of 8am-9am. You could use the squat rack but the that's louder and they're quite popular with both men and women.
One liner : All round best fitness center. It's a bit on the high end considering budget, but totally worth it if you are regular. The group classes are super fun and effective way to staying fit if it's difficult to be motivated individually like me. 😊
Currently my favorite training center, it's well equipped and not so busy in the evenings. Public areas are clean and regularly disinfected. I like very much the new changing room, showers and sauna.
