The customer relationship started well. But lately they have been postponing the cleaning day up to several times per week. Without any form of compensation for customers who have planned around this. Today I had to call 3 times before they answered the phone as they thought they could dictate when they would come early on a Saturday. The arrogance was thick and the customer service zero. Will start looking for another company. Stay away as citymaid has lost a lot!
I used the service once for washing windows, oven and cook plate, and this was done super efficient, spotless, and so good that my oven and cook plate look like new! Amazing job ladies. I look forward to engaging you again! Thanks
