We sold an apartment in Bergen and live in Sandnes ourselves (so we weren't there ourselves to hand over the keys). Asked Lykke at home to pick up the keys from the broker and deliver them back + do the moving cleaning/cleaning. Perfectly done - and a very good service in every way and invoice at the agreed price. Fantastic cleaning job. Precise and thorough, where surfaces shine and all nooks and crannies are free of dust. Ordered oven cleaning as an additional service and this was very satisfactorily performed. Nice ladies in the cleaning team who communicate well in Norwegian or English, and who are gentle and service-minded. Happiness at home gives exactly that: Happiness. At home.
Ordered a moving house cleaning. After day 1 (Friday) I received a message that the cleaning had been completed, and an invoice came right away on the link. I went to the house and there was a lot of equipment there and they weren't finished. I contacted the company who said there was a mistake, they would finish cleaning after the weekend. After they had finished cleaning, we were there and found several shortcomings, e.g. that they hadn't washed the induction properly, used a blow dryer without cleaning after themselves, didn't clean the toilet, didn't vacuum the storage room, didn't clean the top of the cabinets and moldings. I reported this back. Some of the mistakes were corrected on Thursday, but when we came back on Friday and there were still several of the things we had reported hadn't been done, we chose to do it ourselves. I sent another email to the company, and they have stopped responding to emails. Extremely unprofessional company. I hope no one chooses to use them for moving house cleaning, the epitome of sloppiness!
