The cleaner who was supposed to clean today didn't show up. At first he blamed it on traffic, but then he claimed he had been here and the code wasn't right. Sent a picture of a door from a completely different housing association. Customer service is open for an hour every day or so and doesn't answer emails. Now that I've rebooked with a different cleaner he can't tell me when he'll be back. He says he's not sure.
