Service-oriented and know their craft. Quickly understood what I was looking for through a short phone call. Received three neat offers that responded well to the order. Arrived quickly and installed, just under a week response time is very good when an old heat pump goes out in the middle of the cold period. Has a good understanding of different specifications and what you get with the different pumps, delivered quickly and were pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.
