Decent job done and nice guys. But extremely expensive considering it was less than an hour of work. If I had shown how little work it was, I would have done this myself. Can buy spiral hose and brush myself for half the price of what the job cost. No calibration of the system afterwards. I will do this myself later.
We had ordered duct cleaning, which was done okay, with the exception of the duct from the stove to the heat exchanger. This was justified by the fact that there might be too much grease in the duct so that the equipment that was included could not handle this duct. This probably means that the job was only partially done. The fresh air duct was not cleaned either.
A very nice service man/technician came. He explained along the way what he was going to do and why. My questions were answered in an understandable way. He also showed me and explained the functions of the cabinet and filter change. This has been written down for use in follow-up routines. Very satisfied! :) It was said that an email would come regarding an order agreement for filters, which we could respond to. It should be a favorable agreement. I can't find any request here. Maybe it will come in a later email? In that case, I am interested in such an agreement, but I want the inquiry in the right email.
