A tip for those of you planning to buy a sink from Kvik! You must specify that you want to buy a sink that actually removes water and transports it down the drain, otherwise you will end up like me. I got a sink where water remains on the sides of the drain channel. This means that there is constant moisture in the sink. The consequence of my "forgetting" to dry the sink before I went on vacation for 2 weeks was that the drain channel was full of mold. The reason given by the general manager is that from a picture I was shown when ordering, which does not show the drain channel itself, I should have understood that the sink is completely flat at the bottom and that this problem would have to be expected. There was no willingness to look into solving the problem either from the store or the manufacturer. The overall impression is therefore very negative when customer service is so poor.

Bought a kitchen on Kvikk Lade in October 2025. Very happy with the service along the way. I was very disappointed that the seller did not recommend picking up the kitchen yourself from the warehouse, as they do at IKEA. The actual dimensions of the packages were far smaller than I had imagined, probably due to lack of experience. Something the seller should have shown and recommended. The delivery was carried out by 1 person (promised 2), took about 1 hour and cost shipping appliances 3500 NOK + shipping flat-packed kitchen 3900 NOK, which is a blood price compared to picking up yourself with a Freetrailer trailer. It also works perfectly well to transport the refrigerator lying on one of its sides.
I recently bought a kitchen from Kvik Lade in Trondheim and I really have no words… The kitchen turned out exactly as I had dreamed of, and in addition, their service is of top quality! As a customer, you are heard and appreciated, which is crucial for me. They don't give up until you are 100% satisfied, and I couldn't be happier with the end result! I chose MANO in white, with a black countertop, without tall cabinets and with a kitchen island, it turned out so nice and open, the apartment has been completely changed for the better :) Thank you so much for all the good help and service, I can't wait to use my new kitchen from you! Highly recommended!
