It was a thorough valuation, where location, sunlight, noise, parking spaces for cars, access, and condition of the home were carefully considered. The broker also appeared very accommodating and pleasant! No doubt about which broker I want to use when selling! I also think the value was set realistically compared to the expected value. All in all, very satisfied!
