Have used Jomar several times, and am completely satisfied. Goes to war for the mission, has order in the sewing matters and helps far beyond what can be expected. Highly recommended.
You save time and money by not using DnB Eiendom. Total lack of professionalism. The broker published the ad too early with the wrong prospectus (think of the consequences of that and...!). He came late to the viewing. He clearly did not read what we wrote to him and we had to repeat things 4-5 times. We had to pick up the viewing signs ourselves because he could not be bothered to do it. He also gave incorrect legal information about things when he did not want to do anything himself. In addition, there were other problems such as us having to repeat everything to the broker 4-5 times, he clearly did not read what we wrote, etc. It felt more like we were doing the job ourselves, but you also have to pay far too much. No follow-up, little competence, and little willingness to cooperate in any way while you have the assignment or afterwards. Not recommended at all.
