Good broker who has been available, and very good at communicating and explaining all the questions I had during the sales process. The only thing I have to complain about is that she can be a bit "whiny". The date she said about the viewing and bidding round was wrong, and she had not told her colleague when the apartment was sold, so I was asked to hold a viewing after the apartment was sold. In any case, I am very happy with the result!
