Rented an apartment through KOBE for 16 years without a single problem. They are below average in terms of price and are a tidy and serious rental company Fantastic caretakers who keep order so that the rental yards maintain a good standard. Zero problems when moving out even though the apartment was very worn after so many years - they understood this and the apartment was thoroughly renovated before the new tenant moved in. Recommended!
