Broker Andre Nilsen shows professional skill, neatness and respect towards us as sellers. During the process, it is delivered as agreed at the agreed times. In the bidding process, Andre appears experienced and advisory, but is very clear that we as sellers decide. When the house is sold, the process goes on. Furthermore, Andre follows up on every step in the process. Then comes what we as sellers and probably the other party, the buyer, consider to be a very reassuring and good experience. Andre has a calm, neat and good appearance during the takeover where there should be no doubt during the process. He explains everything that is important, significant and good to know as both seller and buyer. There is highlighted what is important for the buyer to check during the takeover such as washing and functions of objects in the home, as I as the seller am responsible that day until the protocol is signed. Along the way, the broker explains this clearly to both the buyer and seller along with the importance of home buyer and seller insurance. This is so that as residents in the same area you can meet at the store to hand over any things that come up to the insurance company so that they do not become a matter between the buyer and the seller. When everything is signed, we as sellers leave the home, and it does not take long before we hear from the broker what he wants to follow up on if everything feels okay. Furthermore, there has been good follow-up regarding settlement afterwards and what happens next. So broker Andre Nilsen is recommended for those who want a safe and orderly home sale.
