Steer clear of this brokerage. Runs frivolously and unprofessionally. Was involved in a bidding war where the highest bid was well below the asking price. We bid the asking price, about 100 thousand above the bid that was there. The seller rejected our bid and accepted the second bid. What happens before that is that the broker calls and says that we have to bid about 600 thousand above the asking price if he is going to consider our bid.
