On Wednesday, September 25th, I (Proaktiv eiendomsmegling) sold my house in Trondheim. In a slow market, we achieved a sale 11.6% above asking price. Proaktiv's strategy of advertising 2.5 weeks before the joint viewing allowed for 4 private viewings. The day after the joint viewing, the bidding round began, which ended with a sale.
