Very happy with the sale through ProAktiv! Broker Ingrid Drevvatne spent a lot of time on potential buyers which resulted in a bidding round and sale well above asking price! Without this investment of time we probably wouldn't have had such a good result. Thanks for another good home sale from the team at ProAktiv

We used Proa Eiendom, and I would like to share a brief experience of the home sale. During the inspection meeting, the broker said that the location of the home is so popular that we are talking about a sale guarantee at the desired price. When we emphasized that we already had an acquaintance who was interested in our home, she said that it would be more profitable to go through the entire sales process with Proa, as there is always a bidding war in this area, and that there is nothing to indicate that the housing price market is about to turn around. We chose Proa, but ended up with 200,000 kroner below the asking price. In retrospect, we see that we should have made an agreement with the person who was interested from the beginning. Looking back, it would have saved us 110,000 kroner + additional costs for arranging the home if we had dropped the involvement with Proa. Of course, there is no guarantee that the home will be sold at the desired price. I also can't agree that they have more to offer than several other real estate companies. They made a great prospectus, but the previous old prospectus (dnb) from when we bought the house looked a little more attractive. It is also a little unprofessional when a broker discusses with his colleagues about lowering the sales price in the property advertisement by 50,000 kroner more than what we agreed on, without consulting the sellers in advance. Personally, there are no hard feelings, I am very happy that the sale is over. I liked Hornes as a real estate agent. There is a lot of commitment and positivity in her, but honesty remains most important. :-)

I have just completed my second home sale in three years, and have used PROA Eiendomsmegling Trondheim both times. The first time after a recommendation from acquaintances, and the second time after good personal experience. I have set high standards in both sales processes in terms of compliance with agreements, quality of prospectus/advertising, etc., follow-up of both myself and interested parties - and I can confirm that they have been completely met! We have used Proa Eiendomsmegling for the sale of 3 homes, and we have been very satisfied with all 3 sales. Professional from the start: keeps agreements, competitive price, thorough preparations and design of an inviting sales prospectus (good photos and details in the content), very good follow-up of interested parties - which resulted in adventurous bidding rounds. All objects were sold for well above the appraisal (up to 1.2 million NOK above the appraisal!). The estate agent himself was closely involved in the entire process and ensured quality throughout the entire value chain. All in all, we would highly recommend Proa Eiendomsmegling.
