Absolutely miserable!! When you came by for an "inspection" you walked with your shoes everywhere, and he was on the toilet and defecating. And it's super disgusting! And he had feces on his hands when he came out. And of course I got a job cleaning the "bathroom" later when I saw it the same. And he didn't ask to borrow it either. And you were very bossy. And you don't speak Norwegian either. And the day before you were supposed to come, he called me at 11 pm and asked if I was ready by the time you were supposed to come the next day at 6 am because I had to do a lot myself before you came. And it's quite early to come at 6 am so I got up early the next morning and was stressed and stood outside and waited a bit too. Only to see that it was almost a quarter to 7 before you came. And you immediately started running and threw my things out on the field so it got dirty. And then I was ordered to carry them myself the whole time. And of course it shouldn't be like that!!! When you pay so much and then have to do so much yourself. That's not right!! And I gave clear notice in advance that I couldn't carry heavy things. And I still had to. That's how it was when we got to that storage facility and had to carry things in there. I had to carry and you were in charge the whole time. And there was a steep staircase as well. And the first thing you asked was if there was a toilet there. How could I not know! And then you went behind the wall outside and urinated. And then right afterwards to touch my things. Foreigners, that is. And while we were driving to the place I was going to move to, I first drove from where I had been living and after a short while I stopped and waited to see if you were coming. But it took a long time. But finally you came. Yes, yes, it was you yourself who was so "busy" and when we were driving you drove past a truck and I didn't see anything else. But when I got to where I was supposed to put the things, I saw that you had called several times. And suddenly you came driving at full speed into the area there. And I thought about my things. You were driving very carelessly. And you were very overloaded and heavier than you could be. The rear tires were almost flat. And the stacking of things was very hip about happs! Even though you clearly told me that I couldn't put things like that and that. Even in the storage shed you had just thrown things in!! And put heavy things on top of boxes and light things. And on top of an accordion I have. And you had the bike on top. Took pictures of how it was and wrote them an angry email. But you didn't take self-criticism or apologize!! And he just replied that I was watching when you carried the things. But that's not how you should treat things anyway!!! And lots of things and things with sentimental value that were broken when I was unpacking the boxes. And you are welcome to replace it. And my body ached because I had to carry so much myself. And he wanted the payment right away, even though we had agreed in advance that I could pay within 30 days. So it was okay in the end. But you sent several emails afterwards and insisted on payment. Not normal! And it is quite normal that you can split the payment or something like that. And he had to pay because he had to have the car at a garage. That is not how it should work! And you didn't have any logo on your clothes or "car" and you are very expensive!! No, STEER AWAY.

Quality, service and efficiency are the words that come to my mind after using Agentur transport. Used them to move an overcrowded warehouse 15 miles to my home. Google messed up the map with errors, but they found it and carried out the move without any problems. Since I myself am chronically ill, they had to take care of everything from carrying it up the steep stairs to the 3rd floor, which was done without any problems. Super service and good mood. Highly recommend them. Great value for money :)
