A bit of a long time on the phone. Helpful people who didn't give up even though they didn't understand the problem, were sent to others who might be able to help, and finally I met someone who solved the problem, who had nothing to do with Autronica's notification system at all. No wonder the others didn't understand. But helpful and nice everyone.
