The installers installed the gate and automation system quickly and efficiently. The quote was quickly answered – we waited two days! The design was tailored to our needs and looked exactly as we had imagined. We were always available to call and ask any questions. As for the gate structure itself – something that may be of interest to any future owner – the gate is perfectly painted, with no dents or rippling. The automation system also works flawlessly. 3 months of waiting for a quote and misleading the client + 4 months for implementation, after which it turned out that nothing was ready despite persistent assurances of completion on time.
The company is a disgrace. After three months, despite persistent requests, I couldn't get a quote or measurements. The request for a quote and measurements was made in November. When they finally arrived in February, we accepted the price and agreed that the project would be completed by May 31st. We reminded each other several times. We were assured that everything was in progress. On May 31st, it turned out that the company had nothing prepared, except for one span. The company representative made idiotic excuses and made excuses. Since we were such unreliable clients, all we had to do was say we wouldn't take on the project, and everything would have been fine; we would have looked for someone else.
I ordered a sliding gate. The wait was long (that's why I deducted a star), but it was definitely worth it. It's solidly made, well-installed, and operates smoothly and efficiently. I'll wait until winter and let you know if anything goes wrong.
