J&K carried out a complete renovation for me, starting with new plumbing and electrical installations, replacing bedroom doors, laying stone, tile, and paneling, as well as installing appliances and much, much more. Nothing is impossible for Jacek; he has a multi-faceted approach. I consider Jacek a person with a wide range of skills. He is predictable, meticulous, and does everything as if he were doing it in his own apartment. I should also mention that J&K washed the stairwell every day after the work; the neighbors were delighted. Returning home exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness. The apartment was delivered as agreed, with no delays. I sincerely and strongly recommend J&K to everyone, and such reliability is hard to find these days!

In our case, it was a complete bathroom renovation in an old apartment building – a difficult, demanding, and time-consuming task, which Jacek successfully undertook. The scope of work included: dismantling and disposing of old fixtures, purchasing all materials, straightening the walls, replacing the window sill, new plumbing and electrical installations, purchasing and installing all the equipment (bathtub, screen, sink, cabinets, washing machine, and dryer), and running additional electrical wires to three rooms. Several things are particularly noteworthy: (1) Jacek wasn't afraid to take on a challenge that other companies in Krakow wouldn't (most teams were reluctant to renovate only the bathroom). (2) The renovation was completed 100% according to the agreed-upon schedule – it took exactly one month, without the slightest delay or delay. (3) The apartment was carefully secured at all times, and every detail was consulted with us on an ongoing basis. (4) A huge advantage was that during our absence, Mr. Jacek posted short videos on Facebook every day, documenting the progress of the work – so we had a full overview of what was happening in the apartment. (5) His commitment and diligence are also worth mentioning – the work was carried out even on Saturdays to ensure everything was completed on time. The end result exceeded our expectations – the bathroom looks beautiful, with all the elements carefully and evenly executed, and without any unpleasant surprises. J&K are simply true PROFESSIONALS.
